So, who is this guy?

I'm a Computer Engineer (like an EE and CS combined) that also happens to love Mustangs, especially '86-'93 5.0L models.

What's he up to now?

I've entered the Automotive Computer/Electronics business.  Check out WWW.RACESYSTEMS.COM for more information!

Daily driven, 100% streetable, well mannered, and an absolute BLAST to drive. She has all kinds of horsepower (400?) and torque galore. The biggest problem is keeping the rubber on the road. She's eaten '97 vettes, '97 firebirds, twin-turbo Z cars, Grand Nationals, and gave one Viper owner a big wake-up call. I still to this day wonder if he could have pulled away...we ran out of road.

Projects:

By popular demand, I've decided to take the time to publish some of the projects I've done to my car in hope that other Mustang fanatics can benefit from some of the work I've done. Here's the first...

The owerdyne Testimony Page!

Powerdyne Superchargers have been subject to a great deal of mud slinging due to apparent untimely failures. However, nobody has taken the time to document this "apparent" behavior. I am of the belief that Powerdyne did have a serious problem with the first generation of blowers (the BD-10's) but that the problem is now completely eliminated in the BD-11 reworked design as long as the blower is used within the specification limits. In an attempt to prove or disprove this theory, I'm gathering information.

Do you have a PowerDyne Supercharger? If so, PLEASE send me EMAIL!

Just email me the following information:

1. Serial Number and Date of purchase.
2. Model (BD-10 or BD-11)
3. Boost rating (6, 9, ?)
4. Miles until first failure or report that "everything is fine".
5. Description of failures, dates, and repair costs.
6. Statement that the blower seals (wire and glue) are intact or otherwise.
7. Statement of type of crank&blower pulley used. (Powerdyne supplied or other?)
8. Your name and a way to contact you. Without this, your information has no weight. Your name and contact info will NOT be published unless you request it to be.
10. Was the car a street or strip car?
11. Testimony/comments/stories you have about the company or the product.
12. URLs to web pages you maintain that you wish to be publicized.

When I get enough samples to make an interesting Testimony Page, it will appear here!
